Year 11/12 | Leadership EI

Program Synopsis

The Aristotle EI Leadership Development Program encourages students to link leadership behaviours to quality leadership attributes and to consider the emotional competencies of those who research tells us are more likely to exhibit markers of quality leadership. Knowledge of what quality leadership looks like, the potential for impact on others and self- development in specific emotion competencies can orient an emerging leader towards evidence based quality leadership, holding students in good stead for current and future leadership endeavours.

This leadership program aims to target the following areas:

  • Challenge students’ notions of what a quality leader looks like
  • Encourage school leaders
  • Preparation for the workforce
  • Preparation for community contribution
