Program Synopsis
The Foundations Development Program introduces students to the fundamentals of identifying emotions in the self and others. Through a series of fun and interactive based classroom activities, students will develop their emotional vocabulary and learn basic strategies to manage emotional overload. A parent component is included in this program to support conversation around emotions and carry school based learning outside of the classroom
