Students are led through a series of fun activities, building from basic concepts to the more complex. Each are designed to help establish a common language for emotional intelligence within the participating class groups.

The Building Blocks Development program includes interactive art and drama based activities, self-reflection and group work  to expand student’s knowledge and vocabulary of emotions, while continuing to build on strategies for emotion regulation. The use of memorable characters further provides students with engaging opportunities to develop emotional intelligence competencies.
