The Foundations Development Program introduces students to the fundamental abilities required to understand their own emotions and that of others.

Program Synopsis

The Foundations Development Program introduces students to the fundamentals of identifying emotions in the self and others. Through a series of fun and interactive based classroom activities, students will develop their emotional vocabulary and learn basic strategies to manage emotional overload. A parent component is included in this program to support conversation around emotions and carry school based learning outside of the classroom
